What is the deadline for registration?

On-line registrations will be accepted up to Monday 14th August, but places are strictly limited so to avoid disappointment register on-line today.

How do I book for one of the post-conference tours?

Two-day post-conference tours organised by ACTFA are running on 24th & 25th August from Bolgart to:

  • Moora & Geraldton (Northern Tour),
  • Dalwallinu & Merredin (Central Tour), and
  • Narrogin & Ravensthorpe (Southern Tour),

Can I stay at the same venue as the conference is being held at?

Yes you can.

To book your accommodation, contact the Novotel Perth Reservations Department on 08 9221 1200 / h1764@accor.com and quote the booking code “198459 WANO-Tillage Farming Association” to receive a discounted accommodation rate of $200.00 Room Only or $215.00 Bed & Breakfast per room.

This rate is valid for all standard room types (available with queen or twin bedding) for the dates 21-22 of August 2017. Premium room types are available at an additional upgrade fee. Please note, all rooms are subject to availability so we recommend contacting the hotel at your earliest convenience if you require accommodation. A credit card will be required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

I have special dietary requirements, can these be accommodated?

Yes they can.  We have included a question in the registration form for you to tell us how we can make your stay with us more comfortable.

I don't have a credit card, can I still book for the conference?

If you’d prefer to book manually or pay by EFT instead of credit card, download a booking form (MS Word format or PDF format) fill it in and email or post it to us at the address on the form.
